Service requests and availability

Submitting a form or calling us is a request for service, not a guarantee of service or of any response time. Availability depends on crew schedules, weather, safety conditions, and location, and emergency service availability in any given area is not guaranteed.

Safety

Stay away from downed or low-hanging power lines and anything touching them, and contact your utility or 911. We do not perform work on trees in contact with energized power lines.

SMS Terms

Apex Tree Care’s text-message programs are optional and have two parts you can choose separately on our forms: (1) service texts about your request, estimates, scheduling, and account updates, and (2) promotional texts, including special offers, promotions, and service updates. Neither is required to request service, and submitting a form alone does not enroll you.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help; you can also contact us at 504-323-6640 or info@apextreeservice.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Use of the site

You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the site, submit false requests, or attempt to disrupt it.

Liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the site. Work performed is governed by the separate agreement or estimate for that work.
