• Information you submit in our forms: name, phone number, email address, property address or ZIP code, type of emergency or service, and any description or message you provide, plus your text-message choices and when you made them.
• Advertising and analytics data: the page you came from, UTM campaign parameters, Google click identifiers (such as GCLID), device and browser information, and pages viewed, collected with cookies and similar technologies.
• Call-tracking events: we record when a phone number on the site is tapped.

Text messages (SMS)

Apex Tree Care sends text messages only to people who choose to receive them. On our forms there are two separate, optional, unchecked boxes; submitting a form does not sign you up for texts.

• Service texts: if you check the first box, we may text you about your service request, estimates, scheduling, and account updates.
• Promotional texts: if you check the second box, we may also text you special offers, promotions, and service updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also call 504-323-6640 or email info@apextreeservice.com. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can receive our services without agreeing to texts.

How we handle your mobile information: we collect your phone number and a record of your choices (which boxes you checked, when, the wording shown, and the page you used). We do not sell your mobile number or text-messaging opt-in data, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We use service providers, such as our customer-management and messaging platform, only to send and manage our messages for us.

Sharing

We use service providers such as our customer-management (CRM) platform, website hosting, and analytics and advertising providers (for example Google) to operate our business. We do not sell your personal information.
